Our artisanal sourdough is a testament to quality & flavor made with only 3 quality ingredients, flour, water & salt. Each loaf undergoes a meticulous 3-day process of fermentation, resulting in a naturally leavened bread packed with wild yeast and good bacteria, promoting easier digestion and a healthier gut. Our sourdough bread is proudly free of any preservatives or additives. We use a premium organic stone milled, old world, lightly sifted,  European style specialty flour from a highly trusted American farmer, Central Milling. This flour contains a higher amount of wheat germ & bran, contributing to its incredible flavor & increasing the breads nutritional value. With a slightly tangy flavor and a delightful chewiness, our Sourdough Loaf is the perfect addition to any meal or enjoyed simply on its own. We also offer a variety of other baked goods & culinary treats from our bakery, all of which is made from organic flour from Central Milling.
