About the event

Here is a little recap of our conversation today, and a starting estimate based on our conversation.

  • 30 guests
  • Event space available 5-10pm
  • Appetizer service for 1 hour from 6-7pm (tray passed)
  • Dinner service for 1 hour from 7-8pm (buffet style dinner service, casual seating provided by venue on the rooftop, not a seated & served dinner)
  • Includes: 2 bottled waters pp, 2 canned sodas pp, ice for drinks & drink display bins (does not included plastic drinking cups)
  • My staff will set up drink station
  • My staff will tray pass apps
  • My staff will maintain picking up guests cans and plates throughout the evening.
  • We will start to clean up food & drink service after dessert is placed out
  • Dessert station will be set up once dinner ends and guests can help themselves

Food included:

4-5 Appetizers: 

1. Stationary charcuterie spread: healthy dips, crudite, crackers, bread, fruit, dried fruits & nuts, cheese (no meat)

2. Brushetta bites 

3. Baked brie boule: brie stuffed in a puff pastry with apples & honey

4. Ahi tostadas: crispy fried wonton tostada, spicy ahi, asian slaw, siracha aioli, sesame seeds

5. Caesar salad 


BBQ Salmon & Chicken: marinated + 1 bbq sauce grilled onto the proteins (breast or thigh?) 

Grilled corn & squash 

Baked potato, on the side toppings: butter, sour cream,  chives

Corn bread (not spicy), whipped honey butter on the side 

Dessert table: vanilla cupcakes, oatmeal cookies & white chocolate macadamia nut cookies 

2 bottle waters & 2 NA beverages per person & ice & drink bins

Examples of additional variables in pricing would be:

1. Add on additional guests

2. Add on plate ware/glassware etc

3. Add on rentals/tables/chairs/decor

4. Alcoholic beverages

5. Additional food/courses & or prime ingredients

6. Food service modification

All in person events have a $4000 minimum. For your dinner, the cost per person will be $220 and includes the above listed items & services. For 30 guests the total is $6600. Gratuity is not included. 

 If your event is less than 30 days in advance, the balance is due in full. If the event is over 30 days away, we hold a non refundable deposit to secure the date. If you need to add on other items later, you can pay additional balances as we go. Once the event is paid, your event is booked and good to go!

1. Your event is June 25th from 6:00PM - 9:00PM with a final head count of 30 guests at $220 per person. 

2. If you would like to add any decor please let me know & I can refer you to our partner company   

3. As this is an event, and the date is reserved exclusively for you, there is no refunds or transfers for cancelations. The only exception is if the event is canceled 30 days in advance and the initial $1000 deposit amount is NOT refundable. Refunds are NOT given if less people show up, or cancel last minute. Your final head count and remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If you are late for some reason, the event does not go later and is not refunded. Other events are likely booked before or after yours so please make sure everyone is present and ready to start at the designated time of booking. We prepare for the event based on the final head count. Make sure to add on additional guests if needed. We will NOT have additional food on hand if more people show up. You can add on guests if needed up to 7 days in advance. 

4.  Any damages caused to guests is the financial and legal responsibility exclusively to whom booked the event. We are not responsible for alcohol consumption or accidents caused due to drinking. Guests who intend or do end up consuming anymore than what is within the legal limit need to arrange for transportation from the event. 

5. Any additional costs that were added on will be due no later than 10 days before the event.
