Intermediate Sourdough Bread - A Demonstration & Hands On Cooking Class

This Intermediate sourdough bread class is for:

1. Anyone who is ready past the beginner phase of bread making and is ready to incorporate different types of flours & or inclusions into their bread.

2. Anyone who has already taken a beginners sourdough class and or anyone who is confident in the sourdough bread making process. If you have not taken a class already and or are not confident in the bread making process, you will feel very overwhelmed or confused throughout the lesson. We will not be going over any beginner information. I highly recommend you take the beginners lesson first before taking this class.

3. Anyone who has made sourdough bread at least 2 dozen dozen times

In this class you will learn:

1. About in home milling and which mill I recommend as well as which wheat berries I recommend and why.
