This class is for you if you have passed the beginner phase of sourdough bread making. Please do not sign up for this class unless you have also taken my beginners class. You can 100% sign up for this class if you are confident in your beginner level sourdough bread making skills without taking my beginners class first. This lesson is more advanced, so if you skilp the beginner class you will be very confused as we will not be going over any beginner material.
