1. This is an interactive virtual culinary experience for 25-50 guests via Zoom Webinar. There are two lessons, one at 2PM PST for the east coast guests, and one at 5PM PST for the west coast guests.

2. Guests who do not show will not be reimbursed or credited towards another event.  

3. This event will be a Zoom Meeting. 

4. There will be four, five minute speeches from allocated co-host members. We will need names, emails and phone numbers for those joining. We will also need to speak with each of them at least a week ahead of time to walk them through how it will work so it runs smoothly. They will be given co-hosting rights to be able to share any content they would like.  

5. The final guest count must be given 3 weeks prior to the event (8/4) to allow time for the winery to prepare orders for delivery 

7. Any last minute shipping requests can be accomodated, however IM will need to pay all additionall shipping fees.
