About the event

How do the classes work?

1. Seven days before your event, you will be emailed instructions & recipes for class. Please review all information sent so you are ready & know what to expect, and how to prepare.

2. The first segment of all virtual classes are a live demonstration that is NOT interactive. You may send over questions in the chat box throughout the event. After the demonstration is over I will answer all of the questions.

3. I try my best to keep the demonstration itself between 30-45 minutes. This is THE best way. During the demonstration, watch & listen to what I do to help you learn. I do not recommend you cook with me. IF you choose to cook with me, you may end up being overwhelmed, and the pace of the class does not slow down. This is a courtesy to the other guests who…
