It's been far TOO LONG since we have had the pleasure of putting our hospitality skills to work! We miss our guests & friends (YOU!) emensly. We have decided to host a few "Tasting & Tapas" Culinary Experiences at our test kitchen. This is a secret location within the OC, and only those we personally invite can book tickets. If you would like to bring additional guests you may, but, please contact Chef Steph prior to booking extra tickets. If any guests come we do not know, they MUST attend with guests we DO know. 

The culinary experience will be 2-2.5 hours. Each wine selected by our Sommelier will pair perfectly with a small plate Chef Chinchilla created from scratch. Every tasting event will be diffferent and the menu will not be listed ahead of time. By designing the menu at whim, we are able to use our full creative skill set to run wild and design elevated menus, with the best seasonal ingredients. There will be a minimum of 6 small plates & 6 tastings of wine, which is ideal for you to be able to explore & expose new dishes & ingredients to your palate. Each couple will share one plated plate, creating a family style experience for two, but not sharing with guests you do not know. 

*Seating is family style (you will share a table with others you may not know, not dishes though) and masks are NOT required while dining. 

* If you plan on consuming the wine, please arrange responsible transportation. IE Uber, designated driver etc. 

* The location will be sent to you upon booking. 

If  ANY attending guests have allergies, Chef Chinchilla must know immediately upon booking. As each guest will receive the exact same items, allergies or dietarty restrictions must be discussed with Chef when tickets are purchased. Last minute requests or day of requests will likely not be accomodated.
