About the Event
This class is structured as a tutorial, demonstration & lecture. You will not be sent recipes prior to class. You will be sent tips & recipes after class. This is itentional so that you will not cook alongside me. There is a significant amount of information being taught during this class which is why we are not offering this as a "cook along" style class.
