About the Event
Team building event for 20 people on June 21st for 3 hours.
Here are a couple of reminders and formalities that are important for your event:
1. Your class is Friday June 21st. Ive added in a time for now, but please let me know what time you prefer! This event is for 20 people and the total fee is $1535. Any additional person present for the event will be $65 extra per person.
2. It is required that the kitchen space be clean and ready upon arrival for us to prepare and cook. Please also make sure the sink and dishwasher is clean and empty before arrival. Additionally the floors and counter space in the kitchen must be sanitized and clean before arrival. ( I will come in early for your event to view the event space. If you have any photos or videos of the space we are using it will be helpful)
3. Please let me know if we will haver space in a fridge to keep things cool or access to ice etc.
5. Please confirm that they will be providing tables and chairs, and should I give you a number of tables to request ahead of time? Do you need table clothes?
6. As this is an event, and the date is reserved exclusively for you, there is no refunds or transfers for cancelations. The only exception is if the event is canceled 30 days in advance and the initial deposit amount is NOT refundable. Refunds are not given if less people show up, or cancel last minute. Other events are likely booked after yours so please make sure everyone is present and ready to start at the designated time of booking.
7. Any damages caused to guests is the financial and legal responsibility exclusively to whom booked the event. We are not responsible for alcohol consumption or accidents caused due to drinking.
8. This fee does not include the cost of alcoholic beverages as we cannot sell alcohol.
9. We arrive early to prepare and set. Lets confirm what time the hotel will let me arrive to set up.
